Welcome to LockdownAcademy.net (“Site”). By accessing or using this website and our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the site or enrolling in any program.

1. Definitions

  • “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Lockdown Academy.

  • “You” and “Your” refer to the user, client, or participant engaging with our website or services.

  • “Services” include all personal training sessions, educational programs, courses, workshops, digital content, and related offerings provided via LockdownAcademy.net.

2. Use of the Website

By accessing or using our website, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian.

  • You will use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes.

  • All information you provide is accurate and up to date.

3. Bookings and Payments

  • All sessions must be booked in advance via our website or as arranged with your trainer.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

  • All prices are listed in USD and may be subject to change without prior notice.

  • Payment confirms your reservation and constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

   Refunds

  • All payments for training sessions are non-refundable.

  • There are no refunds for missed, late, or unused sessions.

  • Lockdown Academy reserves the right to terminate any program without refund if a client fails to comply with our policies or exhibits inappropriate conduct.

   Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance via email to coachdb@lockdownacademy.net. Email records will serve as proof.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full.

  • Eligible refunds for other services (if explicitly permitted) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Emergency Exceptions

  • Exceptions to this policy may be made at our discretion in the event of verified emergencies. Contact us directly for case-by-case support.

5. Rescheduling Policy

  • Sessions canceled with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled, subject to trainer availability.

  • To request rescheduling, email: coachdb@lockdownacademy.net.

6. Session Attendance and Lateness

  • A minimum of one session per week is required. Missed weeks will still be charged.

  • Arriving 15 minutes or more late will result in the session being canceled and charged in full.

  • Sessions run approximately 75 minutes unless otherwise stated. Delays do not qualify for extended time or prorated refunds.

  • There are no partial sessions due to lateness.

7. Code of Conduct

By participating in our programs, you agree to:

  • Respect your coach, staff, and fellow participants.

  • Follow program instructions and safety guidelines.

  • Avoid any disruptive, offensive, or unsafe behavior.

  • Maintain academic integrity (no cheating, copying, or misrepresentation).

Violation of these rules may result in your removal from the session or program without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, workouts, course content, videos, documents, and digital products offered through Lockdown Academy are the intellectual property of Lockdown Academy and are protected by copyright law.

You may not copy, reproduce, share, distribute, or republish any of our content without prior written consent.

9. Release of Liability

By enrolling in any program, you agree to the following:

  • You are in good physical health and have no condition preventing you from participating in physical activity.

  • You understand and accept the risks associated with physical training, including but not limited to injury, soreness, or other physical complications.

  • You release Lockdown Academy, its staff, affiliates, and partners from all liability related to injury, medical issues, damages, or losses arising from participation in our programs or use of any facilities or equipment.

10. Limitation of Liability

Lockdown Academy shall not be liable for:

  • Technical issues, delays, or service interruptions outside our control.

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

11. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at:

By using our site and services, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your data as outlined.

12. Modifications

Lockdown Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site or Services constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any legal disputes shall be handled within that jurisdiction.
