Refund Policy
Effective July 28, 2025
No Refunds.
All payments made to Lockdown Academy are non-refundable. This includes:

Prepaid personal training sessions

Any additional services or programs purchased through Lockdown Academy
Once payment has been made, it is considered final. No exceptions will be made for unused, missed, or rescheduled sessions.
Advance Payment Required
All sessions must be paid in advance. Training sessions will not be provided without full prepayment.
Session Commitment and Attendance

Clients must complete a minimum of one session per week. Failure to do so will result in the session being counted as missed and charged accordingly.

Missed sessions will not be refunded under any circumstances.

If a client is 15 minutes or more late to a session, it will be canceled and charged as a missed session.

There are no partial or half-session refunds or credits due to lateness.
Cancellations

All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance by emailing: coachdb@lockdownacademy.net. Email records will serve as time-stamped proof.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full and not refunded.
Termination of Program
Lockdown Academy reserves the right to terminate any program at its sole discretion without issuing a refund if a client:

Fails to comply with program guidelines

Conducts themselves inappropriately

Violates the terms outlined in the training agreement
Legal Agreement
By making any payment to Lockdown Academy, you acknowledge, agree, and affirm that:

You are legally bound by the terms of the Personal Training Contract and this Refund Policy.

You have read and understood all payment, cancellation, liability, and participation clauses.
