Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Payment All training sessions must be paid in full before scheduling. No services will be provided without advance payment. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment and confirmation email. Sessions are non-transferable without written approval. 2. Refund Policy No refunds will be issued for any payments made, including: Prepaid training sessions Additional services or programs Unused, missed, or rescheduled sessions are non-refundable. No partial refunds or credits for late arrivals or incomplete sessions. (Full policy: lockdownacademy.net/refund-policy) 3. Attendance & Lateness Clients must attend at least one session per week. Missed weeks are still charged. Clients arriving 15+ minutes late will forfeit the session, which will be charged as missed. Sessions will not be extended or split due to lateness. 4. Cancellations Cancel by email to coachdb@lockdownacademy.net with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations under 24 hours are charged in full. Email time-stamp serves as official record. 5. Program Termination Lockdown Academy reserves the right to terminate any client’s program without refund if the client: Violates the training agreement or program rules Acts inappropriately or disruptively Fails to comply with attendance and conduct expectations 6. Legal Agreement By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that: You are bound by the Personal Training Contract and this Booking Policy You accept all terms regarding payment, attendance, cancellations, and conduct No exceptions will be made unless required by law 7. Emergencies & Exceptions In true emergencies, Lockdown Academy may consider exceptions case by case. Contact us with documentation as soon as possible.
